Joyce Miles Jacquote, LMFT-Supervisor, LCDC, AAMFT Approved Supervisor is the founder and Clinical Director of Overcoming Miles Counseling, PLLC, a group practice providing telehealth therapy to clients across Colorado (LMFT #MFT.0002119), New Mexico (LMFT #CTB-2025-0667), Texas (LMFT #202524), Utah (LMFT #12597503-3902), and Washington (LMFT #LF61302103).
The practice specializes in working with romantic partners, queerplatonic partners, and families—however they define themselves—and is grounded in inclusive, identity-affirming care. Joyce is especially passionate about supporting Black and Brown communities and Queer communities, integrating both clinical expertise and lived experience to create spaces that are culturally responsive, empowering, and healing.
In addition to her clinical work, Joyce provides clinical supervision to LMFT Associates and MFT graduate interns and is a dedicated educator and advocate in the mental health field. She regularly presents at trainings and conferences, appears on podcasts, and writes educational content to advance accessible, culturally responsive care and to amplify marginalized voices within mental health spaces.
